1.饮食合理、营养丰富：俗话说：”三分治、七分养”肝炎患者出院后根据自己的病情，合理的饮食，要低脂肪、低糖、高营养、高维生素饮食
注重一日三餐的合理搭配，软硬适宜、清淡饮食，可在一定程度上促进肝细胞的恢复和再生，且有利于病情的及早康复
2.适量锻炼：肝炎病人出院时，一般仅是临床全愈（症状消失，肝功能恢复正常）肝脏病变并非完全消失，急性肝炎一般在病后6个月才能完全
康复，出院后，可先做些轻微活动，然后根据自己的体质状况再逐渐增加运动量。但以不疲劳为原则，要保证充分的休息，半年内要节制性生
活，女性还应避免怀孕，肝炎病人痊愈后，可以恢复正常工作
