GoConsult is a unique patent pending app which is a virtual phone within a smartphone designed primarily to improve professional consultation and communication with your doctor, and make it more convenient for you. It is absolutely FREE to download.

GoConsult compared with other apps in the market
This application is NOT the standard internet consultation application services provided by many companies, where professionals are recruited and you – the client, would be required to call a specific number, access a webpage or an app. Depending on your needs you are then directed to a specific professional or consultant who provides the service you require. You may not have had any prior contact with the professional or consultant offering the service.
GoConsult is especially designed for any and every professional who already KNOW their clients and when further consultation and communication is required by the client away from the consultation venue, the client can do so with this application.
With this app you can do the following:
1. You are able to communicate with your consultant using your smartphone, saving you precious time off work, or other duties, the unnecessary trip to the consultant’s office, parking, and the wait to see the consultant personally to discuss some issue(s) which can be easily solved with a phone conversation.
2. You can have access to your consultant’s Information Board to find out when the consultant is available or any other general messages the consultant intends to communicate with you.
3. The app directs you to the consultant’s website to help you make appointments, if required.
4. With the GoConsult app you will be given a unique GoConsult Number upon registration. When you call, the consultant is able to know exactly who is calling and may answer the call immediately or call you back if the consultant finds it necessary to refer to records and/or notes prior to calling you back.

This application can be used WORLDWIDE.

Payment & security
The GoConsult app uses Braintree/PayPal for secure payments transactions, Twilio to ensure secure communications and Microsoft Azure for secure storage.

Requirements:
1. You will need WiFi or 3G services for this app to work.
2. After you have downloaded the app, fill in your details in 5 simple steps, which includes purchasing credit from Braintree/PayPal through your credit card for Wireless Consultation. Upon completion, you will be provided a unique personal GoConsult Number.
3. Obtain your consultant’s GoConsult Pro Number and you are set to go.
4. When you call, the Wireless Professional Fee of your consultant will be clearly stated and the fee is only applicable when the consultant answers. If your consultant calls you back, once again the Wireless Professional Fees will be clearly stated before you answer. Please note you must have adequate credit in your account before you call or answer.
6. The GoConsult Pro Number of your consultant will also grant you access to his Information Board and Website, if the consultant has one for your convenience.
7. You must be above 18 years old to use GoConsult.
