Tips:
Noise can be divided into three levels in the range of 0-120 dB:
(1) Grade I (30-59 dB): tolerable, but uncomfortable. When it reaches 40 dB, it begins to disturb sleep.
(2) Level II (60-89dB): Increased interference with the vegetative nervous system and difficulty in listening. 85dB is a general requirement for hearing protection.
(3) Grade III (90-120 dB): significant damage to the nervous system, resulting in irreversible damage to the auditory organs.
