Albasateen Community – Technician App is to be used by Albasateen administation and operation teams to manage service request created by Albasateen residents . It enables Albasateen community administration to:
– Distribute service requests created by Albasteen residents among operation and support members
– Notify operation and support members of requests assigned to them
– Enables operation and support members to communicate back status of service requests
