The goTenna Pro iOS app is a gateway for using your goTenna Pro device. It will not work with consumer goTenna models.
goTenna Pro is a small device that enables you to use your smartphone to communicate critical situational awareness data such as the live positions of your teammates, mark objectives, and relay important commands without any reliance on external network infrastructure. Operation is simple, you’ll be ready to go with 3 easy steps:
1) Download the app,
2) Log into the goTenna Management Portal to automatically enable your appropriate frequency configurations – you may also be provisioned offline via a service user or a goTenna Deployment Kit
3) Follow the app instructions to pair with your goTenna Pro via Bluetooth Low-Energy.
Offline satellite and topographic maps are free to download before you go off-grid – these maps are where your team’s personal location information, routes, perimeters, shapes and other map marking tools are shared and graphically displayed. You also get easily recognizable chat interface for text messaging.
