How does Dispatch work?
A business user simply logs onto our website and quickly enters order information to notify network drivers of an available delivery. When the driver accepts the delivery using the Dispatch app, all order information and routing is sent directly to the driver in the app. As the job begins, the business is given full transparency of their order including real-time ETA’s, driver location, accurate wait time billing, driver contact information and much more.
