The name Cheminée Royale comes from the eponymous Persian Grill & Caviar Restaurant, which Monsieur Lion Arjomand opened in 1986 in Paris. He had previously run caviar restaurants and clubs in the vicinity of Rene Casparian on the Iranian Riviera, the Motel Ru and later on in Isfahan. After leaving Iran, he opened the Cheminée Royale, which became the meeting place of caviar lovers and connoisseurs in Paris.
From Alma and Huso Huso to Kaluga to Baerii or Osetra, our caviar and salt masters have 30+ years experience and a worldwide network. They preapre and choose all of our caviar “Selection Cheminée Royale” based on the critical 3 T’s – tone, texture and taste.
