Using Apple Health, we can help you track your activity and caloric intake and keep you on track in real-time so you can adjust your food intake based on your progress so far in the day!
Whilst this App doesn’t require an Apple Watch, we strongly advise having a wearable of some kind that syncs with Apple Health, whilst at the same time using a food tracking app such as MyFitnessPal to track your Macro intake!
