Agree with those who say there was nothing wrong with the old app. I wonder if there was any beta testing with actual members, those who may not be app geniuses. Navigation is difficult and setting my view for accounts is non-existent as I cannot group my accounts in a logical order; they are scattered and searching is clumsy.
I have no problem letting TFCU use cookies but I resent having to change my system settings simply to use this app.
We live in Central Florida and have been very satisfied with TFCU the last 30 years but because of this app we are discussing closing one of our accounts and simply using a local bank for our needs.
