“Hello, I’m Jill” is a tool that helps parents easily assess whether their 5-7 year old makes any of 5 common cognitive distortions (“Mind Reading”, “Fortune Telling”, “Negative Filtering”, “Polarized Thinking”, “Catastrophizing”).*
HOW IT WORKS:
Using playful illustrated characters that talk about their day, your child is prompted to choose from a list of responses throughout each story.
Based on your child’s responses, the app tells you what cognitive errors they may have made and gives you tips to help them challenge their negative thoughts.
