The Re-turnz service uses this native app to allow extremely easy placement of delivery orders with our network of on-demand, insured, background-checked drivers with up to 3 packages per order.
No one needs to be present for us to pickup your order. Place your return packages in a safe location. You can leave notes for driver for specific pickup instructions (i.e., look in the backyard, at the front desk, with my secretary) & specific GPS location coordinate.
REAL-TIME ORDER TRACKING
Using GPS locating, we track your order every step of the way, giving optional phone notifications at each stage of the delivery. We also collect pictures of your packages and the return receipts from the postal store, which you can access through the app and download for your personal records.
If there are any problems with your order, our drivers will contact you directly. No more notes from the postman about missed pickups!
