This is not a fitness, meditation or to-do app, but a daily invitation and inspiration for a happy and healthy life.

We believe in real change, through small but consistent steps. Planting tiny seeds and watering them every day.

We believe in fun and motivation, through small victories and easy targets, that flow with the unpredictability of daily life.

Life is like meditation, we set our focus or intention, and then we get caught up in our mind or life takes us for a ride.

Just as in meditation, the key is not to get upset, but to simply notice we’ve gotten a bit off track, and to then refocus and cheerfully carry on.

-THE APP-

The app has two parts. One part focusses on insight, reflection and wonder; and may suggest you to dive deeper or try something out.

The other part is more action oriented, where each day, you choose one action that will nourish one of your basic human needs. These are the needs that will make your heart sing. And you may be surprised that they are different from the needs the world has been selling you on.

Once you get more into it, you can activate daily routine mode, to quickly check off your daily activities.

The app requires no registration, so you can try it out without needing to provide any personal information.

Linking your account also allows you to receive fun challenges and extras in your mailbox.
