In one complete auto-edited video, the ‘Flock- Video with Friends’ app will deliver the best footage and photo content from the devices of the invited friends of an Event. ‘No more individual perspectives of an occasion portrayed randomly over social channels – instead Flock will combine each friends’ best captured memories of a special experience, all to be shared and kept in one concise video.

Step 1: The user, who requires minimal technical know-how, will open the Flock app to create an ‘Event’- a wedding, birthday, prom, holiday, a fun night out …. or whatever.

Step 2: Friends attending the Event are invited to contribute to the Flock using the app as an interface to record or import their videos and photos.

Step 3: Through the Flock app, the best content will be automatically selected and collected from each friend to produce one complete auto-edited video.

Step 4: The video will be delivered to the Flock ‘owner’ for easy sharing to other group members, and social feeds as decided.

Step 5: As a twist, each project will have the option to allow each member of the Flock to produce and personalize their own unique edits of the Event, in addition to the edit produced by the Event ‘owner’.

• You can subscribe for a Premium Version of Flock
• Premium version removes ads from the app
• Premium Subscription length is 1 month but can be renewed automatically.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
