How Does Shoetagger Work?

1: Create a ticket

Scan a tag and create a new ticket. Add the customer, select repairs, and optionally add notes and images.

2: Repair the item

Replace the sole, do a build-up, or just a shine. Check off each item as you complete it.

3: Notify the customer

When all of a ticket’s repairs are completed and checked off, shoetagger will ask if you would like to notify the customer. One tap and you’re done!

4: Pick-up

When the customer arrives, scan the tag. Confirm that the item has been picked up – the ticket is automatically archived and your tag is ready to use on your next repair.

PRICE AND TERMS:

Shoetagger offers the following subscription option:

* 1 month: $39.99 (USD) – Includes 400 tickets per month

If you require more than 400 tickets in any given subscription period, additional tickets can be purchased. Additional tickets can only be purchased with an active subscription:

* Packs of 100 tickets: $9.99 (USD)

These prices apply to United States residents. Prices may vary in other countries respecting your local currency exchange rate. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account. At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account. You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.
