A full-body training that utilizes free weights to tone muscle while burning excess calories in 60 minutes.
A 60 minute training that sets excessive calories on fire, training in the HIIT zone, and build lean muscles using athletic, functional exercise.
1 hour of training utilizing gym equipment and train with an instructor for strength and muscle development. Never need to trial and error with machines again.
There are also a list of other programs that enhances the training which you may view within the app.
Once you’ve downloaded the app and booked your first training, our Fitness Training Coordinators will provide you with a full tour and create a plan together with you. At the end of the day, you will know exactly what you need to do to get fit.
