We have more then 2000 meat cuts, fish and vegetables in our app, each with times and degrees for your required doneness.
It’s simple: you choose what type of food you want to cook, and then find the exact cut. Select your required doneness and enter the size or weight, then the APP will tell you how much time and the exact degrees you will need to have your meal in the Sous Vide tub.
All our times and degrees have be validated by our human cooks, and are not just calculated by a machine.
As we enter new entries in the database your installed APP automatically fetches those and we will continuously add new cuts to the APP.
Behind the Sous Vide Unlimited APP is a bunch of danish Sous Vide enthusiasts and cooks, and we’re proud to assists you in making your fine dining meal by the help of our APP.
