The ServiceKey mobile application was created to give customers a single dashboard access to all of the NTT DATA services they consume.
ServiceKey is connected to our OneLogin service that manages both access and permissions for users. This component makes it easy for any customer to download and use the app without manual intervention.
We are currently developing a SOM interface, but will focus on other customer services soon.
SOM Interface Development
Version 1 of our SOM interface has completed pilot review and is scheduled to launch in stores on Aug. 9th. After approval from Google and Apple, we expect to see ServiceKey available sometime the week of Aug. 13th .
This initial version includes the following features:
* Incident ticket search and submission
* Request ticket search and submission
* Personal dashboard views
* Multiple domain logins for leveraged users
