I created this app to simply be a calculator providing quick and accurate daily goals for your carbs, proteins and fats. It is not intended to be a replacement for your existing tracker, but instead to be used along side it.
By conducting a simple interview we are able to setup a personalized macro-nutrient ratio for you. The results include a total daily calorie goal, percentage, calories and total grams goals for carbohydrates, fats and protein.
Use this app as either a guideline to calculate your macro targets or compare the results of another. Also use it to recalculate your macro goals as your weight and activity levels change.
