This is how Halfy Hour works:
1) Restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and buffets list their select food at a discount. Customers nearby get a push or text notification when deals go live.
2) Customers pay through the app ahead of time and pick up their food at a time specified by the restaurant.
3) Customers get a great deal on delicious food!
