Gleam Online Learning Center is a free, collaborative tool for academic learning. We are an academic tutoring resource for middle school and high school students at schools based in Glenview, Illinois. Our student tutors are primarily seniors at Glenbrook South High School who have experience tutoring in a variety of subjects. In our app, students can seek help from any one of our tutors from the listing page where tutors will be listed with their associated subjects. Selecting a tutor will bring up their profile page, in which students can find an extended list of the tutor’s subject areas as well as the ability to message them for help. Communication with tutors primarily takes place through SMS messages, enabling students to receive convenient and timely academic help. At GleamOLC, we provide students the opportunity to become tutors themselves, and students can apply for a position within our app.
