Community Run has been growing quick and fast, however just by numbers and size and not by the bigger CHALLENGE it can potentially beat. Now is the time when we should look beyond Calories and Miles; look beyond EARTH – Marathons have been achieved, MARSATHON is the NEW NEXT, the NEW GLORY, the NEW US – Interesting isn’t it?
At an individual level if you have been running 5 KMS a day for last 10 years, apart from those lacs of calories burnt and thousands of kilometers run, you have already covered HALF of Earth’s circumference – and that’s the BIGGER picture – Did you ever realize that even unconsciously? – Think about the new possibilities when we all come together? – MARS won’t be impossible.
Get Set Run has come up with a vision to leave behind kilometers and target the Light years through uniquely designed running milestones – Earthalon, Marsathon and Moonatron. Patrons can join a community or create their own and flag off their beginning to the ultimate destinations with the theme of “Together we reach, together we win”. When you are up for a challenge at this level, It is very important for us not to let any of your step or sweat disappear in space – each run gets counted and data is made available to you not just to show how close you are to Mars or Moon but for you to feel proud that every bit of your effort is now making sense.
Running with runner’s community, participating in virtual and physical events, competing with other runners in the leader board, community competing community and many more such interesting competitions will keep the journey more interesting and fun filled. All attempts have been made to keep the athletes motivated till the End by giving rewards and recognition – there is one for all of you. Moreover, dashboards designed will display personal standing among all the individuals as well as the respective community standings.
