Keep the app on your phone for a few days and you’ll find all the places you’ve been. You can see them in a list by day or on the map as pins. Tap and you’ll see more information about the visits you’ve made. You can get driving directions, share the location and more.
It’s a great way to find places you might have forgotten… Say you want to find that bakery you visited last month and you just can’t remember the name, Visits remembers it.
Visits runs in the background but does not really drain your battery significantly. So you can close the app and just forget about it till you need to see where you’ve been.
With all your location data stored in the app we take your privacy really seriously. We do not collect your data and sell it to advertisers. Moreover Apple has put in strong protections throughout iOS to prevent other apps and outside forces to gain access to your location data and we rely on them to keep your data safe while on your device.
