Step 1 is to answer 17 questions pertaining to your current training, training history, and goal race.
Step 2 is syncing the app to your HR monitor.
Step 3 is performing two treadmill tests that determine your current fitness.
Once these steps have been completed the app will create a custom training plan based on your input, testing, and target race distance. Take the app with you as you follow the plan to track your HR, pace, distance, and elevation gain so that you can make sure you stay on track. Perform the treadmill tests once a month and track your fitness gains as well as automatically adapt your training plan to your gains.
