I decided to launch Shape Up because ever since Love Island, one of the most common questions I get asked is ‘How do you stay in shape?’ Well, here’s how.

I’m a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and professionally-trained dancer – so I’ve always worked out. But to be honest, I never actually enjoyed it until I discovered endurance training a few years back.

This is a completely new approach to getting in shape. You train your muscles in a completely different way, focusing on sculpting and toning your body rather than just losing weight.

Most exercises only last five minutes – it’s so easy. Do this at least three times a week and you should start seeing results.
