Real Home Advice is both an online and print magazine catering to home and home owners. Since 1947 with the discovery of oil and gas in Alberta, our provincial economy has and continues to rely squarely on volatile oil prices. With this, our economy flows through constant boom and bust cycles. With every boom, skilled laborers are in short supply, as many Albertans and Canadians flock to take advantage of hot real estate markets. Challenges arise here due to swings of the labour force.
