IDX Netible Lite allows a Netbiter user to monitor and control parameters that have been configured in their Argos account for up to two systems. To use this App, you must have a Netbiter Argos account. The credentials used there will be the same credentials you use in the App. The Netbiter systems must have Manage and Analyse subscriptions associated with them and you need to enable external access in the Argos Portal before using this App.
The eWON Netbiter is an edge connectivity gateway that allows you to remotely monitor and control Modbus enabled devices such as drives, generator controllers, energy meters, tank level sensors, etc through the Netbiter Argos web portal. IDX Netible is not an HMS product, but has been developed by the South African HMS distributor Industrial Data Xchange (IDX). It aims to provide users of the Netbiter EC hardware an easy way of viewing system information, alarms and parameters that have been configured through the Argos Portal at www.netbiter.net on their smartphone.
As the App makes use of the Netbiter Argos API (apidocs.netbiter.net), the user must have a valid Manage and Analyse subscription for each unit that they own. In addition, external access needs to be allowed through the Argos portal.
The Argos username and password that is used to log in is in no way stored, it is simply used to authenticate the user and retrieve the projects and systems associated.
