How it works
Each of these skills is broken down into simple steps, explaining exactly how to get your dog to understand what you are asking. You will also find videos demonstrating each of the exercises, so you can follow along as you practice. Each exercise builds on the last, so your dog learns in steps which make sense, and you both enjoy the process along the way. By the end of training you will have a dog who is the envy of your friends and family, and you’ll feel so good you may decide to teach your dog more on your own!
About the creator
This app was designed by Matt Connell, who provides private dog training instruction in Massachusetts through his company, Connell’s Dog Training. Matt works with dogs of all kinds, dealing not just in obedience work but behavior modification of fear and aggression issues. Regardless of the reason for needing training, he stresses that all dogs need these fundamentals in order to improve. Matt is an associate member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.
